From your first search to the ticket on your Bookings page, here’s the whole route. The website and the app follow the same steps.

The route to a booked seat.
Tell us where you’re going.
Choose your departure city, destination and travel date. Search to see the trips on that route.
Find the bus that fits.
Compare bus operators, bus types, departure times, travel times and starting fares. Use sort and filters to narrow your options.
Choose your seat and stops.
Open a trip to review its details and cancellation policy. Choose available seats, then choose your boarding and dropping points. If someone else books a seat first, you’ll be asked to choose again.
Add the people coming along.
Sign in with your mobile number and OTP, then enter the passenger and contact details, or pick passengers from your earlier bookings. Check them before reserving your seats.
Pay, then watch for confirmation.
Check the total, then pay. After you pay, the bus operator confirms your seats. Your booking page shows when it’s confirmed.
Keep your ticket handy.
Once confirmed, open the Bookings page to download your ticket. Check the boarding point and time, carry valid identification and reach the boarding place at least 30 minutes before departure.

Choose your departure city, destination and travel date. Compare buses, choose your seats and your boarding and dropping points, then sign in with your mobile number and OTP. Add passenger details and pay. Your ticket is ready once the bus operator confirms the booking.
Can I choose my seat and boarding point?
Yes. The seat layout shows every seat the bus operator has open for your trip. Pick your seats, then choose your boarding and dropping points. If someone else books a seat first, you’ll be asked to choose again.
What bus types can I find?
Depending on the route and date, you may find AC or non-AC, sleeper or seater buses. Every result shows the bus type, fare, and departure and arrival times. Filter by bus type, departure time, fare, and boarding or dropping point.
Where will I find my ticket?
Open the Bookings page on the website or in the app. Once your booking is confirmed, you can download your ticket there.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Open the booking on the website or in the app and choose Cancel booking. When the bus operator shares an estimate, you see the refund before you confirm. Cancelling cancels every passenger on that booking. If a booking can’t be cancelled online, call support.
Do I have to download the app?
No. You can search and book on the website in your browser. The JustBookinn app is also available for Android and iPhone.
